We recomend you save this web address as it is specifically for parents who use the School Bus Services. Check out the Stop Press and Latest News for any updates or messages.
This is our booking site for the Home to School bus clubs managed by CTS Bus. To view a route or make a booking. At the top of this page Click on School Bus and then on the school. You can select the routes, view stops and proceed to book by clicking on the shopping trolley. You will need to set up a new account if you have not used the service before.
After booking You MUST then send a photo by email to firstname.lastname@example.org using the childs name and booking reference so we can produce a Travel Pass. When a route is fully booked we will add you to a waiting list. To do this please request a call back from the book now page. We can then see if it is possible to increase the size of bus or offer an alternative route. We hope you find the site easy to use and we will continue to develop the system going forward.
Moving Forward with CTS
We are continuing with our recovery plan following the last 2 years with Covid.
To comply with government requirements for wheelchair lifts on all coaches we have now just 1 vehicle not fitted with wheelchair capability. We have had no requirement for wheelchair passengers for the last 2.5 million passenger journeys. Although we have always had the capability on 25% of our fleet.
Our fleet upgrades to meet the changing demands for Low Emission Vehcles and the introduction of Clean Air Zones (CAZ) is continuing. With currently 75% of our fleet meeting the CAZ standard. We aim to have further upgrades by Easter 2022 which will make 86% of our bus & coach fleet CAZ compliant.
Continuing our drive to be a low carbon company we are switching our fleet cars to electric where possible with currently 50% now being Zero Emission and a planned upgrade taking us to 75% zero emissions with our fleet cars.
We will continue to offer the best possible travel options to school at a cost that is kept to a minimum without cutting corners. We do not allow standing passengers, everyone has to have a seat and a seat belt. Many other school buses still do not have seat belts fitted, but we believe they are an important part of keeping passengers safe.
Bookings for the next academic year will be available from 1st March
You are guaranteed your place and pick up point if you book between 1st March and 30th April.
